Refund policy

We hope you love your Isle purchase!

We happily offer exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases returned within 14 days pf purchase or delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

For online returns, return postage costs are the responsibilty of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items may also be returned in store.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it rihgt. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
